  • Resting in Peace and Joy for all Eternity...R.I.P. Arturo Soto. He was born about 1928, in Puerto Rico, and died on July 7, 2010, in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. A longtime resident of the US Virgin Islands, he was a well known businessman, public official and member of the community.

  • Celebrate National Parents' Day this July 25th! This day is celebrated the 4th Sunday of every July. Many are unaware that our nation has a new day of commemoration called Parents' Day. In 1994 the President of the US signed into law the resolution unanimously adopted by the U. S. Congress establishing the fourth Sunday of every July as Parents' Day, a perennial day of commemoration similar to Mother's Day and Father's Day. According to the Congressional Resolution, Parents’ Day is established for "recognizing, uplifting, and supporting the role of parents in the rearing of children."
